The default shipping method is FedEx Ground within the continental United States. The buyer may choose another FedEx service (Next Day, 2nd Day) or carrier (low value items under 2 lbs. may be sent by the United States Postal Service at our discretion). We will ship on your UPS or FedEx account, however handling charges will apply.
Items can be picked up at our Lawrenceville office, there is generally a $5.00 - $10.00 handling charge for each item plus 6% sales tax. Directions to the office are available on our web site.
Estimates - We will be happy to give you an estimate of S&H costs if you e-mail us your zip code.
Whenever feasible, we will combine shipping for winners of multiple auctions.
Unless stated otherwise, we will only ship within the United States!
Our shipping and handling charges are not designed to make money for us or save money for you. The only purpose is to get the merchandise from us to you with the least probability of damage in transit.
Warranties:

Items sold "as is" carry no warranty of any kind.
Items that have had shipping and handling cost reductions carry no warranty of any kind.
Items "guaranteed not DOA" are items that we are able to fully test and guarantee to be working when you receive them. These items should be inspected upon receipt and all claims made within 5 days. An RMA # must be assigned prior to returning any items. Any package returned without an RMA number will be refused. Returned RMA items will be evaluated and diagnosed after the defective item has been returned to CompAtlanta, Inc at buyer's expense. A $20 testing fee and S&H charges will apply to returns for RMA items found to be NOT defective.
If the above procedures are followed, Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The bid amount may be refunded if repair or replacement is not possible or economical, however S&H charges are not refundable.
We cannot warrant the suitability of any item for any purpose. We strive to provide correct information about our merchandise from reliable sources, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of data supplied by another party (manufacturer specifications, information on websites,etc.). Bidders are encouraged to research and verify specifications and compatibility BEFORE bidding on an item.
We work very hard at determining and disclosing known problems with our merchandise. If an item is described as "Parts or Repair Only," do not expect to turn it on and use it when it arrives.
Software on used computer systems: We don't add it and we don't remove it. If you ask us we can tell you what's there, but don't guarantee it to be complete, correctly installed licensed, or even functional. Any warranties apply to hardware only.
And finally, If it's not mentioned in the listing, assumeit's not included. However, we do make mistakes from time to time so feel free to ask about anything you think should be there but is not listed.

Terms and Conditions:

Due to the nature of auction sales, the following terms apply to all items sold on eBay by CompAtlanta, Inc. Placing a bid indicates your acceptance of this policy. We are not hard to get along with and we want our customers to be satisfied, but we must protect ourselves from those who have unreasonable expectations. If these terms are not suitable for you, some items offered for auction can be purchased directly from us at a fixed price and this will provide more liberal terms.
We use eBay as a means of marketing excess inventory and moving liquidated product. Most items do not have a reserve price, so each item will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. Our main objective is to move the product quickly. Items are described as accurately as possible -- we list what we know about each item -- it is nothing more and nothing less than described. However, it is impossible to include every detail relating to each item. Certain details of an item that some bidders find relevant may not be considered relevant to other bidders, so don't assume anything! We cannot be responsible for any misunderstandings or inaccurate assumptions made by bidders. All descriptions are based on the current appearance and relative function of an item, as we very seldom know each particular item's history. We offer many used items for auction so normal wear and tear is to be expected, relevant to their age (i.e.: computers, monitors, drives, etc.). Any included accessories (i.e.. manual, software, etc.) will be listed in the description. Some items may have options available at an additional cost. In such cases, these will be explained in the item description. Very important -- We do NOT guarantee any item will work in your system or with your hardware. CompAtlanta, Inc. will not provide technical support for items sold by auction. Bidders are responsible for determining compatibility issues prior to placing bids. All auction sales are final and non-refundable
Items that are sold "AS-IS", have no warranty from the seller. Items listed as "new" may carry a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to any offered by CompAtlanta, Inc. in the item description.
We welcome bids from all registered users. The only exception to this is that we will not accept bids from bidders with an overall negative feedback rating (-1 or below) or from bidders who have been asked not to participate in our auctions. We will not tolerate bidders who fail to follow through with their transactions. High bidders are notified by email from eBay and are expected to contact CompAtlanta, Inc. by email or by phone within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of auction closing. CompAtlanta Inc. may also notify high bidders of their winning bid with instructions for completing the transaction. If confirmation is not received from the high bidder within 3 business days, the bidder will be in default and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder. Due to the recent rapid increase in the number of new users to eBay, we simply do not have time to track them all down and explain their obligation to follow through with their transactions. All bidders are responsible for knowing the eBay rules BEFORE participating in any auction. We follow eBay’s non-paying bidder policy. You may find this information on eBay’s web site. Remember - the key to a successful transaction is adequate communication!
